Introduction & Scope
AXDIGITAL (“AXDIGITAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies analog and digital two-way radio equipment and related services to businesses and organizations across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through axdigital.us (the “Site”), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The Site is an information and request platform, not an online store. Orders are submitted as requests, without entering payment details on the Site. When you submit a request, our sales team follows up directly to scope your requirement, prepare a quote, and arrange any purchase or shipment outside of the Site. This Policy covers the Site and the data we receive through it; it does not govern the separate agreements, invoices, or order documents you may sign with our sales team.
If you have questions about anything below, contact us at privacy@axdigital.us, using the details in Section 15, or through our Contact Us form.
-
The Information We Collect
We deliberately keep collection narrow. The Site is built around a single request flow, so most of what we hold is the contact and project information you choose to give us, plus basic analytics about how the Site is used by visitors.
Category What it includes Source Contact details Your name, business email address, phone number You, through our request form Organization details Company name, billing or business address, shipping address You, through our request form Request details The equipment, configuration, quantities, or use case you describe to us You, through our request form or follow-up correspondence Account Login credentials and the history of your requests and orders Created automatically when you submit a request Site usage data IP address (truncated by our analytics provider), device and browser type, pages viewed, and on-site interactions Collected automatically via analytics cookies We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, or financial account information through the Site. Any payment arrangements are handled by our sales team through separate channels. We also do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information as defined under U.S. state privacy laws, such as government identifiers, health data, precise geolocation, or biometric data.
-
How We Collect It
There are two ways your information reaches us.
First, you give it to us directly. This happens when you complete the request form, reply to an email or call from our sales team, or otherwise share details so we can help you specify the right two-way radio equipment for your needs. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to a request or prepare a quote.
Second, we collect limited usage data automatically. When you browse the Site, analytics technology records non-identifying information such as which pages are visited and how long a session lasts. This is described in Section 6, and you can control it.
-
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for clearly defined operational purposes:
- To respond to your request, answer technical questions, and recommend a suitable radio configuration for your environment
- To prepare quotes and coordinate the supply, licensing, programming, or shipment of equipment through our sales team
- To create and maintain your online account, where you can view your personal information and order history
- To provide warranty, technical support, and after-sales service
- To assist with FCC licensing matters where that is part of the engagement
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site and prevent fraud or abuse
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve its content and structure
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations that apply to us
We do not use your information for advertising or to build marketing profiles, because we do not run advertising programs. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide the appropriate choices before doing so.
-
How We Share Your Information
We are not in the business of trading personal information, and we do not sell it. We share data only where it is necessary to run our operations or where the law requires it:
- Service providers acting on our behalf. We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the Site and deliver equipment, such as our website host, IT and email providers, shipping carriers, and our analytics provider. These vendors may only use the information to perform services for us, under terms that prohibit using it for their own purposes.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site usage. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, not as an independent recipient.
- Legal and compliance. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful government request, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers. If AXDIGITAL is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be part of the transaction. We will require the successor to honor the commitments in this Policy or notify you of any material change.
-
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds.
Strictly necessary cookies keep the Site working — for example, remembering session state and helping with security. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
Analytics cookies, set through Google Analytics 4, help us see how the Site is used in aggregate. These are deployed through Google Tag Manager, which is a tag-management container and does not itself collect data. The main analytics cookie is named _ga and persists for up to two years unless you clear it.
You control analytics cookies. You can accept or decline them through the cookie banner when you first visit, change your choice at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load analytics cookies for that visit. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other states — give you rights over your personal information. Where these laws apply to you, you may:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information we have collected, subject to exceptions we are permitted to keep (for example, to complete a transaction you requested or to meet a legal obligation)
- Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, as those terms are defined by applicable law
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format, where the law provides for it
- Appeal a decision we make about your request, where the law provides for an appeal
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sharing. We will never treat you differently or deny you service for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, see Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the timeframe the relevant law requires. If you have an account, you can also view and update your personal information and review your order history directly through your account.
-
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not run advertising programs and do not disclose your information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do use analytics cookies, and under some U.S. state laws the use of such cookies can be classified as “sharing.” Out of caution, we give you a clear way to opt out: decline analytics through our “Cookie Preferences” tool, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. Either choice stops analytics from loading on your visits.
-
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, then dispose of it.
In practice, request and contact details are retained while we are actively assisting you and for a reasonable period afterward to support warranty, service, repeat orders, and our own record-keeping — generally no longer than 2 years unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or contract records). Analytics data is held for the minimum useful retention window configured in Google Analytics 4 (14 months). Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be kept without a fixed limit.
-
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we hold. Access to request and contact information is restricted to staff who need it to do their jobs, such as sales and support. Because no payment or financial data is collected through the Site, that category of risk does not arise here.
That said, as with any transmission of data over the internet, no organization can ensure absolute security, so we do not promise it. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
-
Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to manufacturer pages, documentation, or other third-party resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit through a link from ours.
-
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
-
Users Outside the United States
AXDIGITAL operates in the United States, and our Site and systems are hosted here. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By submitting a request, you understand that your information will be handled as described in this Policy.
We do not currently target or knowingly serve individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If that changes, we will provide a supplemental notice addressing the rights and obligations that apply under those laws.
-
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect when the revised Policy is posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
