The PS1030 is the standard micro-USB adapter for Hytera BD3i and PD3i portable radios. It also powers the POA107 charger for the ESW01 Bluetooth earpiece, so one part covers a mix of small chargers and accessories.
The Hytera PS1030 accepts a universal 90-264 VAC input and outputs a regulated 5 VDC at 1 A over micro-USB, through a US-standard plug. The plug is replaceable, and the unit is UL-listed at efficiency level VI. One point matters: the PS1030 is a 5 V micro-USB adapter, not the 12 V PS1014. The two are not interchangeable. Using a 12 V adapter on a 5 V device, or vice versa, can damage it, so match the adapter to the device. A genuine PS1030 holds the regulated output the device expects.

Can I charge my Hytera radio with a regular phone micro-USB charger instead of the PS1030?
For basic charging, a quality 5 V, 1 A micro-USB charger may work, but the PS1030 is the OEM part rated and UL-listed for these Hytera devices. It provides the regulated 5 V, 1 A output the radio and accessories are specified for, which protects the battery and keeps the device within warranty. For fleet use we recommend the genuine adapter.
Can the PS1030 power any Hytera device with a micro-USB port?
Not automatically. A micro-USB port shows the connector, not the required voltage. The PS1030 supplies 5 V DC at 1 A, so it fits Hytera devices rated for that input — the BD3i and PD3i radios, the CH10L20/L22/L24 and CH20L05 micro-USB chargers, and the POA107 (ESW01) accessory.
